- For cancellations please notify the salon at least 48 hours before the appointment to avoid a cancellation fee. If the booking is cancelled after this, a 30% charge of the total booking cost will be applied. If canceled within 24 hours, a charge of 50% will be applied.

- For missed appointments a charge of 50% of the booking will be applied. These payments will be needed to be paid in full and before anymore future appointments.

- Deposits may be required to secure bookings over 4 hours long, & at peak times of the year. These are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours.

- Please arrive on time & ensure you have parked your car in a suitable space which has enough time allocated. (Most colour appointments will be over 3 hours long).

- All colour & tinting services require a consultation & skin test, at least 48 hours prior to appointment.
​
- All of our body wrap courses must be redeemed within 4 weeks of payment.
- At Francesca's we want to get it right first time, so if you are unsatisified with any treatment please let us know before leaving the salon.
- Should you not be entirely satisfied, unfortunately we do not offer refunds however we will be more than happy to reach an agreement where you are happy with our services before you leave.
