These Terms & Conditions apply to all services, treatments, courses, and retail purchases at Francesca’s Hair & Beauty. By booking an appointment, purchasing a product, or attending the salon, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms below.

Appointment times are reserved exclusively for you. When an appointment is booked, we allocate staff, time, and resources specifically for that service.

​

- For cancellations please notify the salon at least 2 working days before the appointment to avoid incurring a cancellation booking fee. If the booking is cancelled after this, a 30% charge of the total appointment cost will be applied. If canceled within 24 hours, a charge of 50% will be applied.

- For missed appointments or same day cancellations a charge of 100% of the booking will be applied. These payments will be needed to be paid in full and before anymore future appointments.

- Outstanding balances must be settled in full before any future appointments can be booked. Cancellation charges represent a genuine pre-estimate of loss incurred due to reserved staff time and lost appointment availability.

- A booking fee may be required to secure appointments over 4 hours long i.e colour corrections, & at peak  times of the year i.e weekends or Christmas period. These are non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 2 working days, the booking fee  will be deducted from the final bill on the day of service.

 

- Please arrive on time & ensure you have parked your car in a suitable space which has enough time allocated. (Most colour appointments will be over 3 hours long).Late arrivals may result in a reduced or modified service, or cancellation where the appointment can no longer be accommodated. Late arrivals may still be charged in full where the service cannot be completed.

- All colour & tinting services require a consultation & skin test, at least 48 hours prior to appointment.​​Failure to attend or pass the patch test will result in the appointment being cancelled, and the cancellation policy will apply.

- All of our body wrap courses pre paid packages must be redeemed within 4 weeks of payment.
 

- All training dates are prepaid and non-refundable. Attendance is mandatory, and any missed class days cannot be made up. Failure to attend scheduled training may negatively impact your final exam results.

- At Francesca's we want to get it right first time, so if you are unsatisified with any treatment please let us know before leaving the salon.

- Should you not be entirely satisfied, unfortunately we do not offer refunds however we will be more than happy to reach an agreement where you are happy with our services before you leave. We do not offer refunds on completed services. Where appropriate, a corrective service may be offered at our discretion.No adjustments or corrective services can be offered once you have left the salon.

- Retail products may be returned within 14 days of purchase if unused, unopened, and in their original condition, with proof of purchase. Opened or used products are non-refundable unless proven faulty. This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

- Children are welcome by appointment only and must be supervised at all times. For safety and insurance reasons, we ask that clients limit the number of guests attending appointments.Francesca’s Hair & Beauty accepts no responsibility for accidents, injuries, or damages involving unattended children or guests within the salon premises.

- We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services at any time where behaviour is deemed inappropriate, abusive, unsafe, or where salon policies are not respected. This includes, but is not limited to, verbal abuse, harassment, intoxication, or refusal to comply with safety requirements.
